Walkin'Bag, a division of Swany America Corporation, has been around since 1996, when CEO Etsuo Miyoshi, a polio survivor, took a chance on a developing a bag with "lean-on" capability. Walkin'Bag was invented to meet Mr. Miyoshi's own personal needs and since then Walkin'Bag has become a visible manufacturer of travel bags worldwide. Walkin'Bags feature the "lean on" Curved Handle and four 360° Swivel Glide Wheels, which allow the bag to effortlessly "roll alongside users".

Swany America Corporation, backed by Swany Japan, represents over 60 years of glove manufacturing expertise. Swany also supplies technical racing gloves to the U.S. Snowboard Team, U.S. Luge Team, U.S. Bobsled Team, Professional Ski Instructors of America, and National Ski Patrol.
