Can I use my Walkin’ Bag as a carry-on?
Walkin’ Bag products are designed to fit major airline company requirements (except for the large Pocket Bag). You may want to check with your individual carrier for more detailed requirements.
How much pressure does the Walkin’ Bag hold?
Walkin'Bag has successfully been tested to support up to 250 pounds on top of the handle and 300 pounds on the seat of the "Sitting Pretty" models.
Do I need to lubricate the wheels of a Walkin’ Bag?
No, Our Swivel-Glide Wheel Technology is maintenance-free. The wheel bearings do not require any oil.
How high is the "Built-in Seat" ?
The ground height is 15.25", and the seat surface size is 9" x 9".
Can I use "Replacement Wheel" to other brands?
No, the replacement wheel is designed only to our Walkin'Bags.
