What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Walkin'Bags, you may return unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
How do we process the return?
1. We must issue you a return authorization number before any products are returned.

2. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the
original box.
3. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or
defective item, etc.).
4. Send your carton insured and prepaid to the address as follows.
