Walkin'Bag Limited Lifetime Warranty

Walkin'Bag products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, except Accessories and Parts. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your Walkin'Bag as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your Walkin'Bag (or replace it, if repair is not possible) at our expense.

If you need service under this warranty, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.237.9269 (102). You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, so please keep a receipt or invoice along with this warranty.


Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or caused by an airline or other common carrier. Damage caused by the carrier must be claimed against the carrier at the time damage occurs. We also do not provide warranty coverage to subsequent owner, nor the consequential damages such as damage or loss of the contents or similar expenses. In the course of normal handling, your bag may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Also, certain components, especially moving parts such as wheels, retractable handle, zippers etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty. If such wear and tear occurs, we can provide prompt refurbishment services at a nominal cost. This warranty only applies to goods made for and distributed in the United States. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
