I am a hospice nurse and need to carry my laptop computer with many files every day. I like the swivel glide wheel feature allowing me to turn the bag around. I walk across a parking lot several times a day as I have to do and it's much easier with this bag. I use it to transport my computer and extra clothes, mostly every weekend. It is perfect-the adjustable handle is easy and the rollers positively glide. The weight is great, it isn't flimsy or heavy. The chair adds a lot of strength and protection for my laptop. I love it so much and so did my husband, I got a second one for his use. He commutes to his job as well. I am a retail watch merchandiser and, until I found this amazing bag, I was organizing watch cases on my knees. Now I have the luxury of sitting instead of kneeling and I can't say enough about this innovative bag. I had a problem with the frame getting stuck and customer support was responsive, prompt and reliable... they sent me a new frame!
