Warranty
What is covered:
We will cover defects in materials or workmanship in
your SWANY® Walkin'Bag™ travel gear.
What is not
covered:
-We
will not cover consequential damages (such as damage to articles
contained in our product) or incidental damages (such as the cost
of storing goods as a result of failure of our product). Some
states do not allow the exclusion of consequential damages, so
this exclusion may not apply to you.
-We also will not cover damage to our product resulting from wear
and tear, abuse or neglect or damage caused by airlines or other
common carriers.
How long
the Warranty lasts:
Our
warranty lasts for five years after you purchase the product,
but only so long as you own the product.
We will not provide warranty coverage to subsequent owners.

must do if you have a warranty claim:

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, so keep a receipt
of your purchase, along with this warranty.
What we will
do if you have a claim:
We
will either repair or replace defective merchandise, at our option.
If your product requires replacement, and an exact duplicate is
not available, we may provide a similar product of equal or greater
value.
What other
rights you may have:
This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
